The inspection scope is not assumed. It is agreed during drawing and order review.

Material verification: Material requirements are checked against the order and approved drawing.
First-piece approval: Initial parts are reviewed against agreed dimensional and process criteria.
Dimensional inspection: Features and interfaces are checked to the drawing and inspection plan.
Hardness verification: Hardness is verified where the purchase specification requires it.
Final inspection: Required part condition and documents are reviewed before release.
Batch records: Agreed batch records and inspection documents are prepared for the order.

Include the material requirement, part weight, annual quantity, supply condition and delivery destination.
