Connection and linkage forgings
Forged eye and linkage forms are reviewed from the customer drawing, including the geometry and required functional interfaces.
The required final supply condition, including any agreed machining, is confirmed during quotation and drawing review.

Representative wheel, hub and pulley forms can be reviewed as made-to-drawing forging projects rather than selected from a standard catalogue.
Part weight, geometry, quantity and the requested final supply condition define the manufacturing review basis.

Sprocket and hub forms are assessed against the supplied drawing and the project-specific production basis.
Any machining requirement must be identified with the required final condition before quotation.
Machined forged components
CNC machining can support agreed functional surfaces on forged components when the drawing and quoted supply condition require it.
The machining scope remains part-specific and is confirmed together with inspection and release requirements.
